Stayed at the hotel for a city break and first time we had been to Budapest. Took us about 20 mins to walk into town. Room was clean and comfortable just a bit on the warm side (fourth floor). Breakfast good, usual continental, plenty of choice. Staff welcoming and very helpful, in particular Alexandra who went the extra mile and helped us as our early morning taxi was late - so thanks very much

I'm a contributor on TripAdvisor and left a review there also. I have to apologize for my spelling of Hungarian names first and to Baracz, who I left off of the TripAdvisor review accidentally. We loved this hotel so much I just made another reservation for May of 2019. It is quiet clean and centrally located. Baracs, Culia, and Andreji were all helpful and friendly at the front desk. Dining staff was likewise and the breakfast excellent with a variety of hot and cold choices and in daily offerings. Staff was helpful with touring options and even arranged a massage for us. Loved it. Convenient to Grand Market and for walking through old town. In student area so many reasonable places to eat nearby. Close to museum and city and hop on hop off bus stops and metro.

Thank you for such a warm, friendly welcome to your lovely hotel. All of your staff were very helpfull and proffessional. We enjoyed how close the Hotel was to everything it's very central for everywhere. Our room was lovely & clean and we enjoyed the varied breakfast on offer. We will most certainly come back to stay and will recommend your Hotel to family and friends. Thank you once again.
